Whether you're passing through Poët Laval or the surrounding area, I highly recommend making the detour to discover So's sophisticated cuisine: a subtle profusion of flavors in every bite, the dishes are refined, the fish is cooked to perfection, and the dessert is both simple and original. All the ingredients are fresh, sourced from small local producers (which we truly appreciate), and are beautifully showcased by Sophie, who runs the kitchen single-handedly 🤩. The service is impeccable, neither too fast nor too slow, and perfectly adapts to our pace: Thank you 😌. The waiter is very friendly, and we had some lovely conversations about local attractions and places to discover, especially since we're from Haute-Savoie. We ate on a small terrace in the shade of a fig tree.

5 stars without a doubt. The food, the location, and the staff are all top-notch. The restaurant is truly cozy. In fact, it deserves 15 stars. Five in each category. Serge, the owner (whom I met later that afternoon outside), is also very friendly.

Two small terraces... perfect for sunny days. Two dining rooms. The upstairs one is preferable. Original decor. Refined cuisine. Pleasant welcome and service.

We stopped at this lovely terrace for a family drink. The very friendly waiter was finishing his shift. The owners who took over were unfriendly and the bill was exorbitant!
