A place in the heart of the Corbières that makes you feel like you're in Italy… in a magnificent building, the garden bordered by olive trees is incredibly pleasant and welcoming thanks to this Roman family. The dining room is splendid, modern and warm, the products excellent, with a special mention for the mozzarella made a few kilometers away by their buffaloes… we will be back, and we are especially looking forward to the rooms opening so we can make this an essential stop in this magnificent region.

Excellent Italian family restaurant (originally from Rome) with a small menu of very good dishes. The restaurant, an old building tastefully renovated, is tucked away in the countryside in a very quiet and pleasant setting.

We came with a couple of friends to spend a lovely time at their estate nestled in the Corbières mountains.
The owner's warm welcome, with his charming Italian accent, was immediately captivating and transported us to Tuscany.
The cocktails/mocktails were excellent.
The food was delicious, indulgent, and plentiful. The mozzarella and gazpacho were a perfect match.
The pasta was also excellent. Be warned if you have a small appetite, as the restaurant owners don't skimp on the portions!
And what can I say about the tiramisu for dessert… fantastic.

Edoardo has created an amazing place. It's not easy to get to, but that makes it even more special. I think I've had the best mozzarella of my life there. Incredible pasta made with all his own grown ingredients. A truly comprehensive experience. Thank you for taking such good care of us. Highly recommended!

We had lunch there on a Sunday. The place is beautiful, superbly renovated, and the food was excellent.
We didn't visit the farm because of the heatwave; we'll do that next time.

Italian cuisine, Italian wines. Stunning interior and exterior. You'll travel the world during your meal. A must-try at least once, and more if you love it. I highly recommend it.
