Bowling De Bourgogne sur Marsannay-La-Cote

There were 15 of us. The meal was good value for money. We were all served at the same time for each course, and at a perfectly suitable pace (neither too fast nor too slow). A large table had been set up for us. The staff was friendly. The three lanes were prepared with the participants' names. Getting our shoes was easy, and everyone was able to try on different sizes to find the right fit. The bowling alley is well-equipped, in very good condition, and pleasant. Giving everyone small cards so they could get a drink whenever they wanted (without having to pay, as the drinks were prepaid) was very convenient. We were completely satisfied with the overall experience (meal + 2 games of bowling).

A very pleasant venue, with very friendly and responsive staff. Following a scheduling error, the staff even offered each participant a free drink. I highly recommend it.

I tried Prison Island; the concept is great, but the execution is lacking. Many of the challenges rely on climbing holds, but with all the use, they're completely worn down and no longer provide a secure grip because you slip. Furthermore, I found it unfortunate for children and shorter people, as some rooms are inaccessible or impossible for them. A sticker at the entrance to the challenges would help prevent this. It's still a good experience, though, and I recommend it!

Our first Game Factory experience and our family of three was absolutely delighted! The staff were lovely and always ready to find solutions or make arrangements. We'll be back!

A well-organized workday, a very warm welcome, a very friendly atmosphere, and lunch served quite quickly as requested. The Game Factory staff were very kind.
