A motivated team, dedicated managers. The town of Hazebrouck is fortunate to have such a large complex, which is revitalizing it even further. Despite the high volume of visitors, whether at the bowling alley, the restaurant, the laser tag arena, the go-karts, or the kids' play area, the team is committed to providing the best possible service to everyone. The only negative observation I have concerns the inconsiderate behavior of some customers who don't respect the facilities, even though they have the privilege of enjoying such a beautiful complex. Please learn to store your shoes properly; there are designated bins and visual cues indicating where to put them (it's easy for everyone; I have faith in your intelligence, analytical skills, and civic-mindedness. We're not animals!). The staff already have enough work; they don't need to coddle you with such a simple task, one that even a child could do. Nice but the decor is a bit dated

First time for us (my stepson and I) at laser tag, where we received a very warm welcome from Maxime, who integrated us into other groups. Very friendly. We were then able to go bowling as it wasn't very busy in the late afternoon/early evening. A great leisure center with excellent staff.

Perfect for a family outing. Lack of a table.

We stopped by on Sunday, March 15th, for a meal at the café, then at 2 pm for children's go-karting, laser tag, pinball, and air hockey. The reception staff and servers were very friendly. We never had to wait. We'll definitely be back.

The kids' play area was fantastic! The children had a great time, the prices are reasonable for a whole afternoon of games, and the play equipment is clean. The only slight downside was the toilets, which could use a good cleaning 🧼

We were hosted for a laser tag event. The maze was excellent, and the equipment was top-notch. The staff were always smiling. The restaurant was very good. Thank you for everything.

This bowling alley is very welcoming, the lanes are well-maintained, and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend it; it's one of the best bowling alleys in the area.
