The waitresses went out of their way to make sure everything went smoothly... Well done to them... Delighted as always... We'll be back

21/04/2026: When I go in and say hello, they rarely say hello. They're really weird, so their politeness and service are nonexistent. I don't really like their pizzas; they're too thick on the sides and sometimes undercooked. I don't like the guy who works with the owner at all either. We go there to buy pizzas, but it's like... I don't know... Anyway, I won't be going back there.

03/05/2026: Absolutely inconceivable and shameful! Sunday, May 3rd, 10:15 PM, what a welcome!!! The manager was in his office for a little while when the staff started insulting each other, both on duty and in front of the customers! And other teams who had finished their shifts were sitting at tables! A "Maeva" battle of insults of all kinds!! Unbelievable, a daycare center! Several of us customers witnessed the scene... I was amazed... When the manager returned, we told him what had happened. He asked everyone to calm down, and when there were customers present, the manager's response was, "I don't give a damn about them." Bravo, top class!!! A serious overhaul is needed at the McDonald's daycare center!! The result, after all this circus... is that my takeout order was only half-prepared, of course, otherwise it wouldn't be funny, right?! I think there's cause for concern at McDonald's Hazebrouck in the future!! P.S.: Remember to properly train your staff in sales skills!

30/04/2026: Avoid this place! 30 minutes to be served, tray arrives, everything is cold, and there's a mistake with the drinks!!!! I won't be going back!!!!!!!

10/05/2026: We bought tickets through our company's employee benefits program and were turned away because they no longer accept them after 8 PM, even though we were accepted last time. The bowling alley, which was supposed to close at 2 AM, closed at 12:30 AM, so we decided to play another game, and the same thing happened: the woman told us they were closing earlier because it wasn't busy. I didn't realize they could set the hours as they pleased.

03/05/2026: Using tablets is fine, but providing a way to disinfect them between each customer is disgusting... A multitude of digital fingerprints. The pin-holding mechanism is faulty: the pins fall when they're caught between throws. This happened at least ten times during one game, despite staff intervention. A minor point: there's a spelling mistake on the sign: "merci de vous rendre -à- l'accueil" (the accent is on the "a"). Improvements would be welcome, especially with the competition nearby.
