THANKS TO FRANCIS, THE BEST SERVER IN STRASBOURG, thanks to the evening team (give the evening team a raise, they deserve €3000 a month)

For a delightful lunch in the sun, there's nothing better than Café Bâle and its two fantastic waiters: Lior and Jérémie, the new guy! Thank you both!

Friendly welcome. Very nice terrace. The bowl was good and well-presented. Only negative point: the daily special tart at €7.50, a bland, tasteless pear and chocolate tart. The chocolate was practically nonexistent, the filling was poor, and the pastry even worse. Not recommended.

A must-visit for coffee or an aperitif, with a pleasant terrace. Average price. The spoon that comes with the coffee is unusable as it's very dirty. Four stars for this minor flaw. The name of the place demands that the coffee be worthy of the name…
