Lovely outdoor terrace. I stopped for a beer. Friendly service. €5 for a raspberry Kasteel during Happy Hour. It was excellent. Didn't try the food.

We had 2 Alsager veggie pizzas,thin crust and really tasty.All for 13.90euros,great value.Returned again on the 10th June and enjoyed 2 more pizza!

Not knowing the city, all the staff had excellent advice to give on restaurants to try, or even activities. They're funny, and they serve good beer... What more could you want?

18/04/2026: I thought I'd already eaten sauerkraut before going to this restaurant… but no! It was the first time I'd ever had REAL sauerkraut, with cabbage cooked in Riesling and a mild mustard on the side (not Dijon mustard, then)… the staff really took great care of their customers. Traditional, home-style cooking… a world away from tourist traps.
12/04/2026: This is a hidden gem downtown Strasbourg. It’s better to book the table, but we were lucky with walk-in. Food is traditional, homemade a tastes great.
