Brasserie Balthazar is a truly welcoming place, reminiscent of Parisian brasseries. The decor is magnificent, and we received a very warm welcome from the owners. The meal was excellent; the ribeye steak and calf's head were both delicious. We highly recommend this establishment, where quality is guaranteed. A must-visit in Perpignan for lovers of fine food.

First visit. Business lunch. I wasn't expecting such a good meal. (Monkfish skewers) The dish was very well prepared and generous. Attentive service. Pleasant atmosphere. And on top of that, an amazing price for this quality. I recommend it.

A wonderful place that captures the essence of a Parisian brasserie: a warm welcome, a lovely atmosphere, generous portions, and very pleasant and quick service.
Perfect for those short on time to eat at very affordable prices. A great find! We'll be back!
