I went there twice in 15 days. Small daily special formula €12.50 very good. Then another day small Balthazar salad €13 I think. The dishes are well stocked. The prices are brewery prices. If you want to eat starter/main course/dessert and wine, it still costs a good ticket. Otherwise there are the more affordable daily formulas. On the other hand, be careful if you want the formula of the day there are the ones early at the start of the service otherwise there may not be any left. The desserts look good though, nothing for less than €8. And for the service it depends on the day, however the room is very noisy. Overall it's a great place.

A bit of nonchalance coming from the waitress but that may be due to the fact that it's a Sunday evening, so-called lukewarm homemade fries, but my little cousin makes the same at home. For the rest, nothing to say, the meat was a treat.

How can we say that it is still possible to eat well without breaking the bank with the most accommodating service. Ba... come to Balthazar in Perpignan you will not be disappointed. I recommend.

04/04/2024: Very good location between the station and historic city center. Clean room but not much space for storing personal belongings. Buffet breakfast but not much choice. Elevators and parking are on site.
01/04/2024: Very nice Ibis style hotel in Perpignan great breakfast there is really a choice beautiful room decor great fresh fruit every morning fresh orange juice really something to enjoy

04/04/2024: We haven't been coming regularly lately because we're a little disappointed, but in recent weeks the management must have changed because the staff is very pleasant as much as the place is exceptional.
