Delicious ! A midday meal with the daily formula of starter + main course + dessert at the top. The magic of Fantin is still there. The pumpkin velouté is killer and perfect with this fall weather. Thank you for this good time. And your servers, top notch, very pleasant and attentive. See you soon :)

My first time at the brasserie Fantin Latour for lunch, it was an exceptional experience with dishes that were tastefully presented. The taste of each new dish was exceptionally curated with local ingredients, picked by the chef himself in the Alps. There was a story about the chef mountain climbing every Monday to collect some herbs, it added to the charm of the place. Very friendly staff and great atmosphere even though we were in the first room near the entrance with lots of people coming in and out. I'll come back for more

Pas un bon début - l'accueil à l'entrée du restaurant n'était pas particulièrement chaleureux ; il n'est pas difficile de dire « bonjour et bienvenue ». De plus, il n'y avait aucune trace de notre réservation d'une table à l'intérieur malgré un appel du restaurant spécifiquement pour nous demander notre préférence, et on nous a dit qu'il n'y avait pas de table libre à l'intérieur. Mais après un bref échange, une table a été trouvée. Donc un début un peu déroutant. Cependant, après cela, la nourriture et le service à table étaient excellents. L'intérieur est clair et spacieux. Les prix sont réalistes. Donc dans l'ensemble, un bon déjeuner, mais le personnel accueillant a besoin de plus de formation.

We had a great time at Fantin Latour during a weekday lunch. Installed in the garden near the fountain, we enjoyed a magnificent setting. The main course particularly appealed to us with its originality and careful presentation, truly high-end for a brasserie menu. The starter and dessert were also very tasty, although slightly less inventive. The staff are very welcoming and the service is quick, but we found that the dishes came together a little too quickly, making us feel rushed. A more relaxed pace would have better complemented this good meal.

06/06/2025: We stopped for a drink. The place is well located, however during rush hour the traffic can be unbearable. The prices are a bit high, for the environment: messy walls, retro furniture not particularly well-kept... however there is a nice atmosphere, you can see that the owners are well-liked. However I don't know, I don't think it is 5 stars.
15/05/2025: Small bar that deserves to be known on the corner of a small square. Charming staff.

Tower Coffee

17/10/2024: Wonderful little café with great coffee, possibly my favourite in Grenoble. Whether you fancy a specialty coffee espresso, a latte or a fancier drink, the quality is always there. They also have delicious homemade pastries, I especially liked their banana bread but more options are available. Staff are always friendly and service has greatly improved over the past couple of years contributing greatly to the chill atmosphere of this place. The only downside is that it can get quite busy but isn't that a sign that it is worth a visit?
28/08/2024: In an area close to the hyper center of Grenoble, but in a zen atmosphere, a gourmet moment or a simple coffee awaits you!
