First time in this establishment, very welcoming and smiling owner, the value for money is very satisfactory with a fairly wide choice regarding the daily menu. The restaurant is very nice and the cuisine is top notch, I recommend it.

I had the opportunity to have lunch every day at the Silos brasserie in Toulouse from Monday to Friday for 4 weeks. This brasserie is run by Laetitia and Laurent. The welcome led by Laetitia was very cordial, I had the impression of being with family. During my stay I was able to discover all the dishes offered which were all homemade. Laurent in the kitchen redoes all his mother's and grandmother's dishes. The desserts are all irresistible. Very important thing, the value for money is unbeatable, less than 17 euros for starter, main course and dessert. So if you are from Toulouse or its region or passing through, look no further for lunch, the Silos brasserie awaits you. To have a chance to have lunch, don't forget to book. Raphael

Super brasserie ! Tout est fait maison (si si), menus variés et excellente qualité des produits, prix très raisonnables et accueil au top ! Franchement, on a de la chance de vous avoir, Laetitia, Laurent, merci ! (Merci au chef aussi) Ps : il vaut mieux réserver ! (Ouvert du Lun au Ven à midi uniquement) Pps : goûtez le gratin dauphinois en accompagnement, il est terriblement bon ! Ppps : j'y mange presque tous les midis :)

Super resto , ou ont mangé super bien pour un prix raisonnable. De plus la patronne est super sympa. Je recommande fortement.
