01/05/2026: A truly wonderful discovery at Le P’tit Bateau in Beaugency! From appetizer to dessert, everything was a real treat. I started with the Clos des Mauves egg, followed by the cauliflower main course: a dish full of finesse and perfectly balanced flavors. For dessert, the chocolate was simply exceptional, indulgent without being heavy. Special mention also goes to the surprise tastings: an amazing and refreshing pea gazpacho, as well as delicate and very fragrant trout rillettes with wild garlic. Each bite was a true experience. Refined, creative, and flavorful cuisine. I highly recommend this restaurant!
