Superb Parisian-style brasserie/restaurant near Les Halles. A friendly atmosphere with very typical decor. Several people recommended this restaurant to us, and we weren't disappointed. Quite the opposite. We followed the reviews and had snails for the starter, an excellent choice, and then the famous 5-star Troyes andouillette. The best, the highest quality, and it was sublime, perfectly cooked and served with sautéed potatoes and a sauce made with Chaource cheese, another regional product. Superb. To finish, Chaource cheese with good bread. The wine list was excellent, the menu specialized in local and fresh products. The service was attentive and efficient, and the owner was great too. A wonderful evening and a great place!
