Very accessible, great welcome, short menu but everything is homemade. Special mention for the hanger steak with their amazing homemade béarnaise sauce. I loved it and highly recommend it.

Excellent welcome and very good value for money. Easy access and parking. Traditional brasserie menu. A must-visit in Châteaurenard.

A warm welcome, delicious food. The quality-price ratio is almost unbeatable these days. Bullfighting-themed decor. A place with character. A true gem!

I stopped by the Brasserie du MIN yesterday evening and found it really nice. I had a salad with fresh chicken and it was delicious, no complaints. The service was quick despite the crowd, and the woman who served me was friendly and efficient. The brasserie has a pleasant atmosphere, it's well laid out, and it makes you want to stay. The prices are reasonable for the quality of the food; frankly, you can see how fresh it is on your plate. I left happy, and it's worth a visit if you're ever in Châteaurenard.

02/08/2026: We got married yesterday at Mas de l'Echanson, and we have absolutely no regrets! We had a secular ceremony under the trees, and we were ALL in the shade, a real bonus in this heat. Everything was perfect! Everyone ate very well (the appetizers, the meal, and especially the cake). The staff is so kind and attentive. And the real bonus was being able to leave the decorations the day before; Stéphanie set everything up. Being a very anxious person, this took a huge weight off my shoulders! Thanks to that, I slept soundly the night before the wedding! And we were able to enjoy our wedding to the fullest. Thank you again for everything; you can book with complete confidence!!!

20/07/2026: Waiting over an hour for a starter, and then waiting even longer for a main course, without so much as an apology or a kind word… not good at all. Not to mention that some dishes were already unavailable on the menu; it was all rather disappointing. The service was friendly but not entirely professional. As for the food, we did finish our plates, admittedly, but the price-to-wait ratio didn't seem justified. All of this doesn't exactly make us want to come back.
19/07/2026: A wonderful experience on this sunny Sunday; the terrace is lovely, and the food was delicious. A warm welcome from Maxime and his team. A fantastic discovery – we thoroughly enjoyed our meal!
