We recently spent two nights at this hotel, having stayed there before. I was a little surprised this time that no one came by after our first night to make the beds and check the supplies. I'm also surprised there were no mattress protectors. Otherwise, everything went well; the staff were helpful and friendly.

Well designed and cosy rooms. Staff happy to make time. The Mona Lisa bar has quality drinks and food.
