I'm not writing this review because the owner asked me to, but because he reminded me how important it is to say when something is truly good and truly excellent!
And here, everything is: the food is superb, the dishes are as beautiful as they are delicious, the decor is absolutely charming, and the wine cellar is as surprising as it is elegant. You can feel the passion and love for the craft in every detail. I really enjoyed this establishment and I recommend it without hesitation: go for it!

A very pleasant setting for dinner at the port of Hyères. The service was impeccable and the waitress was very kind.
We had the scallops and the octopus (cooked perfectly). I also recommend the exquisite chocolate pear! We will gladly return 👌🏼

We love this place!
We come here every time we're in Hyères.
The fresh fish selection is wonderfully fresh.
Trying a John Dory or a sole with a little truffle mashed potato is simply divine.
A warm welcome complements the exquisite cuisine.
In short, a place to book for fresh fish lovers.

A gem! Everything was delicious.
The starter, main course, and dessert were expertly prepared and utterly delightful.
The wines offered were carefully selected.
The waitstaff was also impeccable.
It's worth noting that we ate at Brasserie des Îles on January 2nd, and it was wonderful to find a place that delivered such a flawless experience the day after the holidays.
If you're passing through Hyères near the La Gavine port and are torn between several options, choose this restaurant; you won't be disappointed.
