The pool is very pleasant: it's clean, with a large pool and two smaller pools for children. The only negative point concerns my experience with a lifeguard whose attitude I found aggressive. It was my first visit to Aquazena, and, having lost track of time, he came to tell me at 6:15 p.m. that I had to leave and that the changing rooms weren't a "beauty salon." I immediately agreed to stop drying my hair and head for the exit while my hair was still wet. Despite this, he continued to reprimand me, repeating that I was past closing time and that it was unacceptable. I remained calm and respectful throughout, simply telling him that I understood, that I was heading for the exit, and that I wanted to end the conversation. He ignored my request and continued by explaining that he worked on Sundays and wanted to go home. I can understand this constraint, but I find it unacceptable for a staff member to address a customer in this manner in their workplace. I think it would be beneficial to make an announcement a few minutes before closing to inform visitors, and that staff would benefit from communicating more courteously.

The pool area is perfect, but there are two drawbacks: the clock needs to be larger because the current one is far too small and not visible; and the shelves need to be put back in the men's showers. For at least two years, it's been impossible to put down towels, shampoo, or glasses—unacceptable. What was good was removed for no apparent reason.

A very nice pool, perfectly clean, and the staff are fantastic! It's just a shame that so many people swim without showering beforehand, and no one does anything about it…

I've been going to this pool for several years. The changing rooms and pools are clean. The major drawback of this pool is clearly the showers: out of the dozen or so in each area, only one has decent water pressure, and if you're lucky, the water temperature is acceptable. The rest of the showers are either freezing cold or scalding hot (when they work at all). The membership price keeps increasing, but the service hasn't. And this shower problem has persisted for many years.

For baby swimming lessons, the pool is well-equipped with games, a paddling pool, and lifeguards whose advice is practical and effective. However, it seems that during school holidays, the water isn't heated to the required 32°C (probably for energy/money savings?). We first went in July, and at reception we were told that the water was only 28°C due to a boiler problem. We turned around and asked if the issue would be resolved two weeks later, and after receiving a positive response, we returned in mid-August. This time, at reception, when we asked if the temperature was 32°C, we were assured that it was. Upon entering the water, it was actually 29°C, and our baby was shivering with cold after about ten minutes. The other family present was also surprised and disappointed. We would have appreciated being informed beforehand and not receiving a false statement at reception. It's a shame because it prevents us from enjoying any peace and quiet and forces everyone to crowd onto the same Saturday mornings during the school term. The session costs around twenty euros for such a short time and in this temperature. Furthermore, the reception is almost never reachable by phone.

I'm at Issy Triathlon and I know what this pool is like, and it's amazing! Thank you so much for letting us swim. Sorry when we're running, but it's just so great! The water is so clean, and sometimes it's really cold, that's for sure 🥶

It's not perfect, but like everywhere else, there's really nothing to complain about, I think.

A very well-equipped swimming pool complex with top-quality facilities. It features lap pools, leisure areas for relaxation, and a pleasant solarium for use when the weather permits. The complex also offers a well-equipped gym and a wellness area with a sauna and steam room, perfect for complementing a workout. The group classes are varied, regular, and led by dedicated professionals, which is a real plus. The entire complex is clean and well-maintained, allowing you to engage in physical activity or simply relax as you wish. I highly recommend it!

The maintenance of the sanitary facilities remains inadequate. The reception has improved slightly, but there are too many teacher absences and frequent closures of the fitness and wellness areas for obvious reasons.

Superb aquatic center. Clean pool and changing rooms. Great relaxation area with hammam and sauna. Rooftop to soak up the sun. Absolutely fantastic!
