Brasserie du Centre sur Marck

A pleasant and friendly surprise! I went with my husband and two daughters, and we found the clientele to be welcoming. We received excellent service, the waiters were pleasant, the food was exquisite, and the setting was lovely (a small garden with an aviary and a well-maintained fish pond). We had a wonderful time.¹

Absolutely delicious! Everything is homemade, and for once, that's rare enough to be worth mentioning: homemade Béarnaise sauce served hot, as are the Roquefort and peppercorn sauces—a real treat. The meat is always perfectly cooked, with excellent flavor. The homemade fries are delicious, accompanied by salad and little condiments that make all the difference. And what can I say about the staff? Incredibly kind, smiling, and welcoming. Nothing but positive points: it's impossible to find a single fault with this brasserie in the city center!
