Classic brasserie with very good service, but the food wasn't great. I tried it twice with two different choices. The staff is very pleasant, and the dessert was a bit bland, but on the plus side, there's a good selection.

Getting a table in the corner of an empty restaurant as a solo traveler was just about acceptable, but the service was below average by French standards – not exactly rude, but I got the impression they were glad to be rid of the solo guest.

Excellent brasserie, friendly and very professional staff, superb and generous cuisine, fast service, good value for money. Reservations recommended. If you're passing through Cherbourg, stop by for a meal.

31/07/2026: The best restaurant in Cherbourg! Unbeatable value for money: I've always eaten very well there, at a more than reasonable price for the quality of the food! Whether it's the bistro lunch menu or the more elaborate dinner menu, it's always a delight! Never disappointed, I recommend this place without hesitation!
30/07/2026: Excellent value for money at lunchtime on weekdays: shrimp tartare dessert, fish fillet, chocolate crème brûlée dessert. All for €22 including coffee.
