This brewery was a very nice discovery, especially for the 1st Sunday of September 2024. Delicious dishes. As a starter, veal head with excellent gribiche sauce and the right quantity as for the scallops with saffron sauce and tagliatelle, a delight. The entrecôte was very good and the cooking required was successful. The blonde lady with short hair (she will recognize herself) was welcoming, charming and satisfied our two requests perfectly. We recommend this brewery 200%
