We originally came just for a drink during the Fête de la Musique (Music Festival) and ended up deciding to stay for dinner.
We were told that all the tables were reserved and that we could only eat inside or at a high table.
We accepted without hesitation.
A few minutes later, a couple who arrived after us, without any apparent reservation, were offered the table we had previously occupied. This gave us the impression that some customers were being treated better than others, which was quite unpleasant.
As for the meal, the burger we ordered was very dry and did not match the menu description: neither the advertised sauce nor the Parmesan cheese was present.
After we complained, we were offered complimentary desserts. Unfortunately, despite a long wait, no one ever came to take our order.
We finally decided to leave.
We live in the area and had simply come to enjoy a pleasant time with our family before a day of school and work the next day. We weren't looking to stay out late, just to be welcomed and served properly.
It's a shame, because the atmosphere at the Fête de la Musique was lovely, but the lack of attention unfortunately spoiled our experience.
We highly recommend this restaurant! The burger and dessert were delicious and generous! The service was excellent. We will definitely be back. Thank you for your generosity!
The welcome was quite pleasant, and the setting was nice for a drink after the Via Ferrata des Thermes; however, €5 for a glass of peach syrup is (very) expensive for peach syrup 🍑
