Excellence is here: the welcome, the service, the dishes, the advice...everything is perfect, a symphony where all the chords are executed to perfection. Bravo and thank you for creating this superb moment spent at the table.

Absolutely excellent. The food: of very high quality. And sometimes, the chef manages to surprise us, taking us down unexpected paths. Add to that the fact that you'll always be guided through your choices, as the team takes pleasure in advising you. The setting: it's simple. Whether you walk there from the city center (10 minutes...) along the quays for a bucolic, almost pastoral stroll, or drive there (5 minutes...) to be practically immersed in the countryside, the change of scenery is complete. A moment outside of time. A Sunday in the country. Almost like a picnic by the water. All in a magnificent setting that immediately puts you in a state of total relaxation. The city, so close, is completely absent. In 10 minutes, you're somewhere else entirely. All that remains is the water, the birds, the trees, the sun, sometimes the wind, often the ducks. You are warmly welcomed. You are comfortably seated (it's a small thing, a silly detail, but so important...). You are well seated. You are well served. And it must be emphasized that, wherever you are seated—on the terrace by the lock, the canal, and the mill, in the veranda, or inside—you always enjoy a rare privilege these days: the space is not noisy. You can hear each other speak at your table, and at the same time, each table remains private, meaning that the neighboring table cannot hear what is being said at yours. It is very relaxing. You don't just come here to eat; you come here to experience and share a moment. With great simplicity. I don't know of any other place in Narbonne so carefully preserved, so attentive to your palate and your shared experience of the pleasure of dining.

A beautiful, historic site located on the banks of the Canal de la Robine. A UNESCO World Heritage Site, the Moulin de Gua is well worth a visit. Enjoy watching boats go by while dining on the outdoor terrace. This restaurant is tastefully decorated and offers refined and delicious cuisine. Free parking is available next to the restaurant, and overnight accommodation is also offered. I highly recommend this restaurant for a convivial and enjoyable experience.

A truly wonderful discovery on the banks of the Canal de la Robine 🌿 This restaurant, taken over a few months ago by Chef Mickael, is definitely worth a visit. The setting is simply exceptional, right by the lock, with a peaceful atmosphere that invites you to disconnect. As for the cuisine, it's top-notch: fresh, local, and seasonal produce, expertly prepared. The €30 lunch menu (starter, main course, dessert) with two choices at each course offers excellent value. A more elaborate menu is also available for €40. Special mention goes to the fish, cooked to perfection in its pearly white state, and to the chocolate dessert… absolutely remarkable. The chef's experience, gained in prestigious establishments like La Table de Saint Crescent and La Cantine d’Anatole, is evident in the dishes: sincere, generous cuisine, without unnecessary frills. Finally, the service is impeccable: attentive, friendly, and perfectly in keeping with the ambiance. An address I recommend without hesitation.
