12/07/2026: It's always a pleasure to have lunch at this restaurant, a sure bet in terms of service, fresh ingredients, and presentation. I'm subconsciously planning to visit Narbonne. Today, I tried the scallop and sole stew. Excellent. And a pineapple carpaccio to finish on a sweet note.

The portions were very generous, the ingredients were fresh and high-quality, the food was well-prepared and tastefully presented. 22/08/2026: This is, I think, the third time I've ordered from Nicolas's food truck. Each time, I've tried a different dish. Each time, I've thoroughly enjoyed it (and I'm of Italian descent, so I'm very hard to please when it comes to pasta). You can tell he cooks with fresh ingredients: the vegetables, the meat, etc. It's a far cry from the frozen food that the bigger chains tend to sell us. The sauces are homemade, prepared on-site, and simmered patiently. The portions are incredibly generous (even for someone with a hearty appetite), and all at a very reasonable price. Honestly, in terms of value for money, I don't know if you can find better anywhere else in Narbonne. And to top it all off, Mr. Nicolas welcomes you to his very clean little restaurant, with impeccable hygiene, in such a kind, warm, and professional manner that you don't ask yourself if you'll come back, but when you'll come back. It's flawless. From the welcome to the food, it's a masterclass. Oh, and he makes his own desserts too! I once ate one of his revamped tiramisu recipes, which was a hit in Italy, no questions asked. Top-notch.

13/08/2026: From the appetizer to the dessert, everything was very good, even excellent. Refined and elegant, the appetizer's delicious mix of textures was truly superb. The fish of the day: monkfish with chanterelle sauce, a real delight. To finish, a Pavlova with a surprising sweet and savory combination, but very flavorful and fragrant.

05/08/2026: We had previously dined at Frank's in Narbonne and had very fond memories of it. The food was excellent and the welcome was warm, which is why we wanted to return. Unfortunately, this new experience was very disappointing. We had booked for Monday, August 3rd at 7:45 pm, a day when reservations were supposed to be open. We went to the restaurant, but upon arrival, we found it was simply closed. Then, at 8:30 pm, we received an email informing us that the restaurant was fully booked. The result: a wasted trip and no information before our arrival. It's truly a shame, especially for an establishment we had such good memories of. A simple message or a phone call beforehand would have saved us this unnecessary journey. We hope this problem was just an isolated incident, because the quality of the food and service deserves better than this poor reservation management.

27/05/2026: The hotel is very well located with parking and charging stations. The welcome was excellent. It's quiet and has been recently renovated. Everything is clean and nicely decorated. There's a heated pool and a superb breakfast. Don't hesitate to book, but remember to make a reservation.

28/07/2026: Meal for 6. The menus are generous and high quality. My ribeye steak was absolutely delicious.

26/06/2026: Hi. I'm @francescmchef11, a former MasterChef contestant, or Paco to the owner. It's an amazing place... top-notch seafood and a picturesque, welcoming, and peaceful setting. If you come to Narbonne beach, this is a must-visit. It's not worth looking elsewhere; if you want great seafood, look no further.

19/06/2026: It's super good, the staff are super friendly and funny, it's very high quality. Personally, I don't like seafood, but they offered something else and there was a good selection. Bernard became my friend. I highly recommend it.

31/07/2026: This restaurant was such a wonderful find in Norbonne. The service was great, the food delicious and the whole experience just wonderful. Their rum baba is just from a different play book. I loved every single dish. Make sure you book your experience there too.
