A superb discovery at the Palais de Joséphine in Évreux! 🤩 The dishes were as beautiful as they were delicious, prepared with care and great taste. Each plate was a true delight for the eyes and the palate. All this was accompanied by a most welcoming and pleasant atmosphere, which made the experience even more enjoyable. An address I wholeheartedly recommend and where I will return with great pleasure!

The meal (Normandy-style ribeye steak and homemade fries) was simply excellent. The pepper sauce is one of the best I've ever tasted. The service is simple, friendly, and unpretentious. The prices are very reasonable considering the quality of the meal; I highly recommend it.

One evening, a group of colleagues and I arrived at Josephine's Palace. The food was excellent, thank you Saïd, and the welcome was incredibly warm, thank you Alexia! It was so good that we returned later in the week.
