One night stay, room overlooking the port.
Very pretty room, however it lacks a mini bar (4 stars anyway for the hotel...)
Faulty bathroom hair dryer
Not enough free parking space (19 spaces for 47 rooms)
Decoration extra 20th for a few rose petals... meh
The spa is nice, the breakfast varied, and the restaurant very good!
Good experience despite some disappointments

Easy to access, we had a very pleasant time in this Pasino where you can easily move between the hundreds of machines. Recently renovated, it offers a few windows which make it a bright and airy place. Self-service hot drinks, 3 free soft drinks, view of the Seine, smoking room with games, very varied machines and the icing on the cake: the entire Pasino Team takes great care of its customers. It’s the least you can do when you’re doing business, of course, but it’s far from being the case everywhere. A beautiful establishment to visit!

My stay went really well! Pleasant staff, very competent, whether for reception, breakfast or the women who maintain the premises. The rooms are clean and the casino downstairs is great and the restaurant too. Nothing negative to say. The Spa is easily accessible from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. so you have plenty of time to enjoy it. Big positive point for Fleur and Karmen (I didn't interact much with the other employees but he remains great too.)

Alessio Risso, the director of the hotel, was very professional, and although we made the mistake of booking 3 nights, even though we meant to stay for one, he graciously refunded our Expedia reservation.

Large, airy, clear, this casino is beautiful. Unlimited water dispenser, coffee, chocolate is exceptional at Partouche where you always have to beg for a glass of water or a coffee, particularly at Forges les Eaux where NOTHING will be offered to you.
