Brasserie Du Pasino sur Le Havre

The Pasino Partouche Le Havre is just exceptional, the amenities, the services and really up to the standard of a 5-star hotel as well as the Trefle restaurant. The staff, cleaner, security guard, waiter, hostess... Always smiling and caring, it's very pleasant. Parking at the foot of the hotel, easy to access. City center, Le Havre port, library... just a few steps away. We will come back for sure. Thank you to all the team for this welcome.

The staff is pleasant, the establishment is clean, the relaxation area including swimming pool, spa, hammam and sauna is great, the room is clean and quiet. We had a superb stay and we will definitely return.

Organization of a surprise girls' weekend for my grandmother's 80th birthday, note that out of 8 people, only 2 are from Le Havre, the others from Brittany, Dordogne or Tourraine... Top-notch "gambling pleasure" formula, offering access to the spa until 10 p.m., evening meal in the casino restaurant, a voucher of €25/each for the casino and breakfast the next day. Great formula, excellent value for money! Top-notch restaurant service with a caring and attentive team. Fortunately, because this evening almost collapsed because my grandmother's identity document was a month out of date in addition to the regulatory 5 years. So categorical refusal from the manager that my grandmother could eat at the casino restaurant even though we had a reservation included in our package, and therefore even less access to the machines... It's very regrettable, knowing that I had to called at least 4 times in the 3 months preceding our visit for lots of different information, and at no time was this detail stipulated to me. What is even more regrettable is the lack of cooperation from the manager who "took care of us"... it was only on presentation of his 50-year-old driving license that my grandmother was able to enter the restaurant. and therefore to the casino. As if we could recognize her there!! And if she hadn't had it... well the evening was ruined... It's really lamentable and it really tarnished this superb evening that we had started... luckily we had a solution, but otherwise it It was stupid! And when I brought up the fact that the large budget that we had put into this evening included all the services and that we risked sitting on it, I was just told "I understand". Frankly it's shameful... even the security guards thought that the manager would make an exception... very welcoming security team by the way. Anyway, that there are rules is normal, but exceptions exist, especially in a context like this where we clearly lacked advice at the start... Besides that, people come home in jogging shoes but that's normal... Apart from that, establishment and experience at the top, too bad it leaves a bitter taste...

Extremely competent and pleasant poker tournament staff

The welcome is there. The hostesses are very pleasant as are the security guards at the entrance who are very professional. They always have a smile. The place is really warm, and big enough so that people are not on top of each other. The new layout is very nice.

My review will be based solely on the casino and not the rooms and food. Relatively easy to access and well located. Very good machines. A little more trouble with the staff in general. Damage.

We had a SUPEEEEER Valentine’s Day lottery evening! We danced, we had fun with friends. It was really great! A little disappointed not to have won anything but unhappy in the game, happy in LOVE ❤️. Thanks to the entertainment team for this great atmosphere. I recommend it to those who like to party and binge.
