Brasserie du Theatre sur Saint-Germain-En-Laye

A downside: cold and dried out fries…. It was 10 p.m. of course!

Fairly high prices compared to the quality. Pleasant welcome at the entrance but not gracious waiter, didn't bring us the right wine, we pointed it out to him but he didn't seem to understand. Simple dishes but expensive overall. Not easy access via a large staircase on the square. Not too noisy atmosphere. Note, very beautiful view of the castle of St Germain en Laye, well located on a pleasant square.

Perfect meal, delicious dishes, very friendly and fast service giving us time. just one remark is the room is a little noisy, sometimes difficult to talk to each other but you can't help it there are people at lunch...

Nice view of the château and great ambience. The food was great with big portion sizes (we were absolutely full!), we especially liked the duck confit and the raviole de royan. We took the molleux au chocolat that was included in the menu. It was good and came with a small scoop of ice cream, a little raspberry coulis and some whipped cream. I'm not so sure that I would've paid what they charge for it separately though (around 11 or 12 euros I think?). Service was good, albeit at times a little slow given that the restaurant was absolutely packed (even on a Monday evening!). It is recommended to reserve in advance.

The service was excellent especially since there were a lot of people. One more server would have been nice.

A regular visitor, I can only recommend this institution. Service and quality of the products served make it difficult not to come back.... Thank you Marc Seignard as well as the whole team for this pleasant moment

Excellente cuisine and service. The best place for seafood and fish dishes in Saint-Germain. The desert carte is exceptional. Nice value for money.

Belle brasserie comme je les aime Déco agréable et bel emplacement Et concernant cet établissement c’est vraiment le cas (face au château ) avec terrasse extérieur mais aussi intérieur avec de grandes baies vitrées Accueil immédiat et courtois Emplacement choisis respecté Prise de commande rapide Service fluide avec cependant quelques oublis mais très rapidement réparés après réclamation Entrées à partager de grande qualité et originales avec un mélange judicieux entre terre et mer Présentation soignée pour la planche à partager Bonne cuisson des calamars et goûteux Viandes excellentes Tres bon foie de veau avec cuisson parfaitement maîtrisée et respectée Purée et frites maison ; elles sont tout simplement excellentes Cependant excepté les accompagnement à base de pomme de terre rien d’autre à la carte Ceviche, saumon … proposes avec des frites que l’on peut permuter avec de la purée Bof bof pour un établissement qui propose autant de poissons , un riz et ou pâtes seraient fort appréciables ; nous avons été plutôt déçus de si peu de choix Desserts sans surprises et basics mais bons Seul gros bémol pour le repas est la qualité du pain Franchement pas à la hauteur ; extrêment cuit et dur Il n’en reste pas moins que ce restaurant mérite d’être essayé Un agréable moment vous y attend
