A brasserie just the way I like them, located opposite the Château de Saint-Germain-en-Laye and next to the... theater, yes, hence the name... This morning, the sole arrived and was absolutely divine! Cooked in butter, not overcooked, and lightly breaded, a real treat, accompanied by homemade mashed potatoes. A platter of grilled meats was served as a starter, along with a selection of wines to suit everyone's taste. Starters included red tuna or white fish ceviche with vinaigrette. In short, a lovely, pleasant, and peaceful experience. A truly beautiful and typical brasserie dish. I recommend making a reservation.

A wonderful time celebrating two birthdays. I inconvenienced the staff quite a bit by having to move because we had an extra stroller that wasn't originally planned, but they were lovely and incredibly accommodating. The food was excellent, and it was great to have fresh seafood right there. Plus, the view of the castle was very pleasant. Thanks again!

30/06/2026: An exceptional three-day experience at the classical music festival in June 2026. Despite the heat, the acoustic quality of the hall, the dedication of the volunteers, and the elegant and professional atmosphere were all top-notch. I also recommend going for a stroll through the city of Debussy.
