First of all, DULION beer is delicious—or rather, DULION beers, since there's a whole range! And drinking it in the Dulion Bar is a bonus, especially after the brewery tour where I learned how they make beer at DULION, using local grains and no malt, because malting is water-intensive. Choosing your beer wisely is an eco-friendly choice! Well done, DULION, and thank you, Benjamin, for this great time ;) Patrick
