My wife and I ate there last night, and it was such a pleasure to see this restaurant with its beautiful setting under new ownership. The staff is attentive, and I had the famous Soissoulet—it was amazing! The best dish I've had in Soissons. From appetizer to dessert, it was a delight. It's wonderful to see independent businesses working with seasonal, high-quality products. Well done, keep up the good work!

Friendly staff, all spoken English ( wich was nice, since my french is a little rusty. The food was very good, and at the foot of the cathedral the view was fine. Prices quite cheap compared to quality and service provided.

We had lunch in a lovely setting with a menu offering something for everyone. I had a delicious hand-cut beef tartare, and my companion had an andouillette sausage with a wonderful sauce and homemade fries. The owners are welcoming and friendly, and the staff is very helpful. The service is tailored to your needs, whether you're in a hurry or prefer to take your time. I highly recommend it and will definitely be back soon.

Passing through Soissons, I had lunch at La Cathédrale, under new ownership! The food was excellent and the place was impeccably clean! The €19 set menu included a very good starter, a delicious main course, and a lovely Comté cheese omelet with homemade fries. My neighbor seemed to be enjoying himself immensely. I highly recommend it; congratulations to the new owners!

A wonderful discovery: the restaurant "La Cathédrale" in Soissons, recently taken over by new owners! A warm welcome, a fantastic menu, mouthwatering dishes, and a truly lovely setting. 20/09/2026: A lovely crêperie where we received a warm welcome. The selection of crêpes is varied. The crêpes are generously filled and delicious. This is the perfect place for a meal with friends or as a couple.

19/09/2026: We ate there, and the service was perfect from beginning to end. The person who served us was pleasant, which was a real pleasure. The flank steak was very good, cooked perfectly as we requested. The shrimp and avocado tartare was delicious, as was the beef tartare. My grandmother loved the burger; it was also cooked perfectly. For dessert, the crème brûlée had a cracked top (the brown sugar caramelized), which was very tasty. The cheesecake wasn't too heavy and was very good, and the ice cream was also very good. I highly recommend this establishment! We will gladly return.
17/09/2026: Belgian couple visiting Soissons for two days...attracted by the building, impressed by the interior decor, and only came for an aperitif. Superb welcome and enthusiastic service from the young waiter (Juan). Next time, we'll definitely book a meal...👍👍
