Olivier is really friendly. He took the time to give me information about all his products. I tasted two beers, Zytha and Li Fumadi IPA, and both were excellent.

A definite potential, but somewhat wasted during my tasting. When you enter the shop, you immediately see the artisanal feel, with 25kg bags of malt lying around on one side (as a former brewer, I recognized the famous Brasserie du Château, which makes things I really enjoy) and on the other, a pile of unlabeled bottles, creating a sort of warehouse atmosphere. The message is quite clear: here, we brew, period; it's not about appearances. So I grabbed two beers and went home. Both were quite good but suffered from the same problem with the head: very coarse bubbles that rise in abundance as soon as you open the bottle, making it impossible to pour properly. The first one essentially exploded in my face. This behavior is similar to what happens when you open a beer that's too young, whose third fermentation bubbles haven't had time to settle. It's all the more disappointing because otherwise the head seemed to hold up well... which, when it suddenly explodes in your face, becomes more of a problem than a plus. So my advice is: try this brewery, it's worth it, but avoid drinking the beer right away, even if it's straight from the fridge. To avoid any unpleasant surprises, I recommend buying it to drink two weeks later.

We bought some beers. Unfortunately, one of them wasn't properly sealed, and the pressure in the airplane caused all the liquid to leak out.

Definitely worth a try! The beer from Nice is excellent, truly high quality—in my opinion, the best in the region. The place is unique and run by a passionate person who takes the time to chat and answer all your questions. I also recommend the discovery sets, perfect for gifts.
