A remarkable team led by Laeticia, who truly deserves to be recognized. A huge thank you to Nico and Mélanie for their warm welcome, kindness, professionalism, and energy. You can feel the real team spirit and, above all, their desire to keep this place alive despite the hardships of the past few weeks. In Le Porge, so badly affected by the fires, seeing people like them continue to be there, working, welcoming guests, and bringing smiles is invaluable! A special mention for the Tatou, which is refreshing, exotic, and perfect for summer… not to mention the homemade desserts: the cheesecake and the niniche are truly exceptional!! There's no disappointment at this place, where the menu is varied. Thank you to the entire team at L’Ajoncière for this wonderful week. Stay strong in Le Porge! See you next year! A must-visit for a cocktail (the Dark and Stormy is amazing!) with delicious tapas (the quesadillas are a particular favorite 🤩). Also ideal for a meal with perfectly cooked mussels (or the burger 🍔 which never disappoints)! And the staff, of course, are fantastic ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Delighted to be back at our usual spot in Le Porge now that the roads have reopened! The welcome and setting are still as lovely as ever, the menu has something for everyone, including vegan options, and the cocktails and smoothies are still as good as ever… L’Ajonciere is “The place to be”!

We were happy to see on TV that you were not affected by the fires.

The staff was lovely, and the service was quite fast even though it was packed when we arrived. Everything was good, and reasonably priced! We'll definitely be back.
