I visited Café Benjamin in the evening on Saturday 31 in August. I wasn't having a great time because some "family issues" were getting in the way. But, this one server I never got his name but (he was a tall slim built black guy) besides showing quality and amazing customer service, he showed personality to me. By, expressing kindness and overall sweetness. He knew I wasn't okay and tried to calm my dad ranting at me for something minor for me. Afterwards he gave me a note explaining things will be okay, and how my dad was just trying his best.
If I could ever get this man's name, it would help but my name is Rian. And. J'adore votre style de service.

We LOVED this place. The food was great and reliable, but it's the service that put it way over the top. Clérent was fantastic and made our last night in Paris incredibly special, so kind and generous he made my wife cry. Thank you so much!

Typical Parisian brasserie well located on rue de Rivoli at the metro exit!
A big congratulations to the adorable waiter (Fouad) who took great care: fast, attentive service AND with a smile which is so rare in Paris!
We were only going to have one drink and in the end he made us want to have dinner and even have desserts which we never do!
Classic brasserie menu, hearty dishes but the food could be tastier!
The only downside is the ambient music which is execrable and which does not fit in at all with a brasserie! Consider changing it!
We will come back with pleasure, hoping that this server will be there to welcome us!

They have the most amazing escargot! In a warm and cozy setting across from the louvre stop by for anything tantalizing for your palette.

I stopped by for a drink after a complicated day at work. Lassane was very professional, caring and they are restaurant professionals like that that we love on our Parisian terraces. Thanks to him and his good humor for making my end of the day so much fun and enjoyable. I will come back and recommend this bar!

I bought food there last 2023, a very delicious salad and the lady who served me was very attentive! He tried hard to understand since I don't speak French! Only she was some of the men who work there who are quite contemptuous.

I can’t really speak on the food since my family and I stopped for drinks and desert. However, both the drinks, chocolate cake and creme brûlée was delicious. The waiter recognized we were hot and tired from the shopping and brought us a separate glass of ice to assist in cooling us down. When he handed us the bill he wrote a special message to us thanking us for joining him and gave us some candy. This is probably the best service we had while on our trip. Hopefully if you visit the restaurant you will have the opportunity to have the same waiter.

We visited this restaurant because it was close to our hotel. The place was crowded with a lot of English speaking people. The food was ok but certainly not great. Since the prices are not too high it was acceptable. The service was friendly but not very efficient. The best part was the beer which was really good and cold.

Ein Quartiercafé wie es typisch für Paris ist. Gemütliche Ausstattung und gute Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken. Preislich etwas teurer wie andere, aber das freundliche Personal und die Atmosphäre gleichen das etwas aus.
