Brasserie le Comedia sur Lyon

Massive restaurant with massive portions of classic Lyonnaise dishes. We went at 3 and it was almost empty. It would be more fun at a busier time I think. Food was very good!

Superb culinary experience, the atmosphere is nice, the food is of high quality.

Very good food. Servers were rushed and unfriendly. Very noisy atmosphere. But the setting is worth the trip; it's worth doing at least once.

Had the 3 course lunch menu for £25. Traditional food, easy atmosphere, with a really nice service. Good wine selection. A lots of birthday celebrations, with the team playing an old carillon.

Lots of hype that didn't really live up to its reputation Waiter seemed like it was an ordeal to deal with a table for 2, walked off half wat through taking our order, had to call him back to finish it. Entrees, snails 12, and foie gras pate, were great, Gave me the a cod dish, when I questioned it wasn't skate,as orderd he took it and replaced it quickly Both side veg dishes were nice but barely warm. As a chef of 40 years I was not impressed, it was a very quiet time 3.30pm, and I said to my wife prior to the meal , more stuff ups happen when its quiet, I was correct

Amazing place, wonderful staff and such an experience. Food portions were a bit large but taste was great.

Nice restaurant to experience an authentic French brasserie atmosphere! The staff is friendly and the service is attentive and efficient. The food is great and the atmosphere is very cozy!
