Friendly and very well located, a reference in Lacaune

Arrived late for lunch; a Lacaunaise salad and a pork loin with local beers. Very friendly welcome. A good break.

Family evening during the Lacaune festival. The servers are very friendly and welcoming, but the food lacks quality. The duck breast has no flavor and is too tough for my taste. The fries are good.

The welcome leaves something to be desired, the food is very ordinary, and the exterior is not unpleasant.

Fast and impeccable service. The duck breast was good but not cooked evenly, which was a shame. The charcuterie board we shared as a starter left something to be desired and wasn't generously garnished for the price. The wine we ordered (a red whose name I can't remember) was bland. It was still good value for money and a nice meal spent with friends.

We had lunch today, July 22, with my daughter. Our Border Collie was welcomed on the terrace without any problems. Very comfortable seating, fast service despite being very busy. Very good food, simple but plentiful and well prepared. I recommend...

Returning to Lacaune after several years (at least six), I had very fond memories of the Brasserie du Globe, renowned for its friendly village atmosphere and generous, family-style cuisine. Unfortunately, it seems that the brasserie has evolved towards standardizing its cuisine. Today, homemade dishes have given way to a more generic offering that can be found almost everywhere. While the dishes are good, they don't really meet what I expect from a village brasserie. The promotion of Lacaune's local expertise and local products doesn't seem to be as emphasized as before. That said, the place remains clean and pleasant, but without much originality. The prices are reasonable, although a little high for a village that can seem isolated.

The food was decent for the price, but the welcome wasn't very warm. We understood there were only two of them (kitchen and dining room), but it became annoying after repeating it. Fast service
