Lunch this Sunday, the welcome was very pleasant and the service quick. However, I was disappointed with the salads... the black pudding was cold, the fried chicken was overcooked, the vinaigrette was clearly from a store, and they had a terrible idea to smother the ingredients in a sweet brown sauce! I'm sorry, but I didn't enjoy the charcuterie, which, apart from the pâté, lacked flavor.

Well…could do better…ordered a raw vegetable salad with egg mayonnaise, no dressing on the grated carrots and very runny mayonnaise on the eggs, then fish and chips but no tartar sauce either, then a side dish…the lunchtime waitress was very smiley and friendly…not much effort needed to improve…

A most pleasant place, the food is excellent and very reasonably priced. The owner manages the service with a master's touch. Extremely friendly and welcoming. The service was 5/5. A must-try in Lacaune.

19/05/2026: Two days at Relais Fusies, a very beautiful place, an "old-fashioned" inn revealing a lot of charm, with its cement tile floors and its superb restaurant with Art Nouveau frescoes, in short, a place that speaks for itself; and the excellent cuisine served by a kind and very attentive staff make the stay very pleasant, especially since the final bill is very reasonable...
