Serious and professional service. My only comment was that the beef tartare was very spicy (which didn't bother me), but I'm not sure it would suit everyone. Otherwise, the rest of the meal was perfect. Thank you.

We went there on July 3rd to eat just before the sound and light show, and it was perfect. Despite the crowds, the service was quick; the waiters were busy but remained pleasant, and we really appreciated the very refreshing drinks, especially at this time of year. It was great, we'll definitely go back.

Charcuterie board shared between two: very good, generous portions. However: piña colada served with a rotten sprig of mint as decoration, shards of glass lying around on the terrace, and an infestation of wasps (I know they can't help it, but absolutely nothing is done to keep them away).

A lovely spot to sit and admire Place Stanislas. The service is good, though a little slow. One small drawback: €7 for a homemade iced tea requires at least clean and presentable restrooms 👎

I don't go to this café as often as I used to. Each time I visit, I find the wait quite long, whether it's winter or summer, which makes the experience less enjoyable. I also feel that the quality of service has declined over the years. It's a shame, especially for such a well-located establishment, right in the heart of Nancy's iconic square. I hope these issues will improve, because the setting remains very pleasant.

We had a wonderful evening! The atmosphere was fantastic, and the service truly made all the difference. We were greeted with a smile, and throughout the meal the service was impeccable: attentive, professional, and very pleasant. Excellent restaurant on Place Stanislas, the waitress and waiter were very pleasant. Delicious menu. Today we chose the Val d'Ajol andouille sausage and the pollack (fish of the day). I highly recommend it! And let's not forget dessert: a lovely lemon meringue tart and a mirabelle plum. We come here every time we're in Nancy.

17/05/2026: I see a lot of comments about the saleswomen and their "rudeness," while you, the customers, are the first to disrespect them, be dismissive, and impatient with them. You demand respect when you yourselves don't show it.
03/05/2026: I come to this bakery almost every day, even though it's quite far from my home. The traditional baguette is delicious, often warm at certain times (no, sorry, I won't say what time, I'll keep that to myself!). Excellent bread, excellent snacks, excellent cakes, very often open even on Sundays, excellent pizza dough, lunch specials, homemade cakes—wow!!! So I don't understand the negative comments from 5 months ago? All the best to you, your team, and your always top-notch service.

28/03/2026: Passing through Nancy on a Saturday at lunchtime, it was our first time at this establishment. Reasonable prices, friendly staff. We ordered pizzas and they were quite good.
22/03/2026: The charm of a bouillon in Nancy. Small and reasonably priced, quality ingredients, quick and very friendly service. It's truly the best place to eat well at very reasonable prices: a bouillon, what else! Highly recommended if you want to eat well, simply, and cheaply: I had a Monaco cocktail as an aperitif, herring fillets and potatoes in oil as a starter, beef bourguignon and coquillettes pasta as a main course, cheese, and diced pineapple marinated in honey for dessert, all for €30.10.
