Everything was excellent. I'm celiac and they were very accommodating; everyone was very friendly and the food was superb. The beef tartare was legendary.

And the gold medal for the best strawberry cake in Nîmes goes to the chef/pastry chef of the palace, unanimously chosen by the family! A huge thank you to the palace team and the pastry chef who agreed to make for us in a large format what he usually makes in individual portions. A restaurant that's more than worth the detour?
