I love coming here regularly with my little one... The portions are generous and delicious! The only downside is the waitstaff. "Always tasteful, always smiling," I think some of them seem to have forgotten how to smile when they come to work, and also basic friendliness and courtesy... Some scenes are sad to witness (I force my way through with my tray trolley, no apology or apology, wearing a face like a statue). This is just my personal opinion, but I don't think anyone forced them to work here... It's still a business and a service; a minimum standard should be expected in the restaurant industry...

I like going to eat at Flunch, I've never had any real problems with it.

Serving hot meals with a device that beeps when they're ready is far too slow!

The restaurant was a bit noisy.

Ordered a roast fish... they should have told me when I ordered that they were out of their usual sauce... the dish was served with American sauce 🙄😮‍💨 I went to complain! No apology, just a simple "we're out, so that's that!"

Everything is perfect, however, I find the ratatouille too salty! Using less salt is better; those who aren't satisfied can always add more, but you can never remove it!

Hello, We were passing through Lille and went there as a family on Saturday evening, August 15th, around 6:30-7:00 pm. Compared to the one in Petite-Forêt, it's like night and day! The staff at the register, the grill, the fish, the vegetables, and the bar were incredibly friendly. The food, especially the steaks and fish, was cooked perfectly, and the vegetables were well-prepared and regularly replenished. The setting is really pleasant for this type of restaurant. There's also a shaded terrace available, which is very nice. The prices are very affordable, especially for families on a budget. If all these positive aspects are typical of this Flunch in Lomme/Englos, then it should be an example for other restaurants and even serve as a pilot site, particularly for the one in Valenciennes Petite-Forêt. It's a shame there are so many differences from one Flunch restaurant to another. There should be a single person responsible for visiting all the restaurants in France on a "mystery shopper" basis, in order to coordinate and standardize practices across all locations. And if someone is already in charge of this task, then forgive me, but they are clearly not doing their job properly. The goal should be to offer customers consistent and high-quality service, regardless of the restaurant, and above all, to ensure that these standards are met everywhere, in order to enhance the brand's image. As an experienced restaurant professional, I would be the first to apply for this type of role, which seems both engaging and particularly interesting for adding value, should such a job opportunity arise. I came for the all-you-can-eat mussels event to order something different. I was served relatively quickly at the grill, but my son waited over 15 minutes for his kids' burger. There were too few vegetables available. Towards the end of service, there was a very long wait for the crepes on the menu. They should install a self-service ordering system at the kiosks.

We're from Paris and usually eat at Flunch, so we were pleasantly surprised by this one! The food was good quality and hot, and the staff were friendly! There's a children's play area, and although it was packed and noisy, the space is really large! With themed areas! I recommend it 👌🏼
