Very good brasserie Quality, homemade dishes!!!! Fresh seafood daily!!!! Reading some of the negative reviews, I don't understand why!!! Les Négociants remains an institution in Montelimar due to the quality of the dishes and the professionalism of the staff and owner!!!!! Having worked in the restaurant business for years, I'm quite picky and I notice every flaw! So I highly recommend it!!!

Very friendly and attentive staff. The food is authentic and very good; we and our children loved it! We enjoyed: the Caesar salad, the seafood salad, the traditional burger, the caillette, and the mussels (buchot in season) with Picodon. Thank you again!

We recommend it. The servers were friendly and helpful. It was very good value for money. The mussels au gratin, the rib steak, the ravioli gratin, and the fruit salad were all very good.

The bartender, Adam, was particularly kind, polite, and very professional. He spoke English with my friends, which made the experience even smoother and more enjoyable. Thank you to the whole team!
