Passing through Montélimar on numerous occasions, I never fail to stop at the "Brasserie des Négociants." The management and staff are particularly welcoming, professional, and kind. While the establishment maintains rigorous hygiene standards, I was taken aback by a comment I read... perhaps the author should verify the accuracy of their statements and check their sources more thoroughly.
Without hesitation, I give this establishment 5/5, both for its warm welcome, the professionalism of the management and staff, and the absolutely impeccable hygiene.

We've been to this restaurant several times and it's always a real treat. The dishes are delicious and never disappoint. But beyond the food, the service is exceptional: a team of rare kindness and warmth, who make us feel right at home. It's always a great pleasure to return, and we'll definitely be back again!

In my opinion, this restaurant is undoubtedly the best I've discovered in Montélimar so far.
The owner is very welcoming, sociable, and attentive to her customers.

A surprise when it came time to pay.
The dish we ordered was served with a side dish as described on the menu (fisherman's platter). When it came time to pay, what a surprise, the side dish was charged extra! The wording on the menu needs to be reviewed to better reflect customer expectations.
I didn't mean to offend you like this. Why such aggression from a restaurant owner? I never attacked you in the way you did. We had a very good meal, apart from this misunderstanding when reading the menu.
I read and understood that this dish is served with rice and vegetables or dauphinoise potatoes. That's all I wanted to point out.
I didn't mean to offend you at all, far from it. However, your response is insulting, and I'm hurt by it because it's excessive, especially coming from a restaurant owner.
I wish you a long career in business because with such behavior and arrogance towards customers, you're going to crash and burn very quickly.
This woman loves controversy!
In any case, your aggression isn't exactly helping your Google ranking! What will customers think of your responses?!

Great meal. The mussels are very good. And the little extra thing is the rotisserie. We had a chicken and the little potatoes for the evening. If we come back to the area, we will come back with pleasure.
