Superb, highly recommended!! When looking for a restaurant, it's not pleasant to be immediately bothered by people who treat you like merchandise or a walking credit card. We barely had time to find a map of Pézenas restaurants before we were already being hassled... Except for Brasserie Molière! No one pressured us, but a very courteous and welcoming atmosphere. Jérémy made our dinner wonderful with his kindness, a rapport that quickly developed, and delightful anecdotes. The meal itself was truly generous and delicious for a very reasonable price, cheaper than neighboring restaurants for the same dishes!! We hope to see you again someday. An excellent place!!!

We arrived at 2 PM and received a very warm welcome! No problem getting a meal considering the time! The service was quick and very efficient! I recommend it.

The shaded terrace, complete with misting fans, is pleasant. The daily specials offer good value, but the regular à la carte dishes are quite expensive. The ice creams are generous and delicious. The service is slow.

30/05/2026: Conveniently located, a 10-minute walk from the city center. Closed parking, friendly staff. Clean. Check if your room has a window. The cheapest option is without a window, so you'll have to pay extra.
21/05/2026: Beautiful and very well-maintained hotel. The staff was very pleasant, and the room was lovely with excellent amenities and meticulous attention to detail. I had an excellent 3-week stay at this hotel and highly recommend it! I would definitely return with pleasure.
