30/03/2024: I had the pleasure of dining at the restaurant **Aux Arts et Sciences Réunis** in Paris, and I must say that the experience was most pleasant. As soon as you walk through the door, you are greeted by a warm and retro setting, decorated with windows that add a touch of authenticity. The bohemian decoration and varnished wooden furniture create a soothing atmosphere. The staff, always smiling, immediately put us at ease. Now let's move on to the meal. The menu offers a variety of starters, including the **avocado tartare**, very fresh and well assembled. The escargots, a classic, were also delicious. As for the main dishes, the choice is vast: from **Thai chicken** to **homemade burger**, including a tasty **beef bourguignon**. I opted for the Thai chicken, and I was not disappointed. The flavors were authentic, and the presentation careful. The service was impeccable, and the jovial DJ added a touch of conviviality to the evening. We had a great time relaxing in this unique setting. In summary, **Aux Arts et Sciences Réunis** is a restaurant where you feel good, where the cuisine is tasty and where the welcome is warm. I highly recommend it to all lovers of good food and atmosphere.

28/03/2024: A centuries-old reference. A welcome that corresponds to the place: welcome to the companions of duty. The food is efficient and tasty for a fair price. And we are remarkably welcomed there. Kindness, work and liberal arts come together.
