We had lunch at Bistrot Normand. Overall, the meal was pleasant and the service was adequate.
However, the service seemed a bit slow. After the main course, we waited about 20 minutes before the rest of the meal arrived.
I ordered a Welsh Royal, but I was disappointed with its preparation. The cheese wasn't properly melted and had a lot of lumps inside, which detracted from the quality of the dish.
I mentioned this to the manager, who told me it was due to the cheese. He seemed to be already aware of this issue.
Despite these negative points, the experience was still generally satisfactory, although improvements would be appreciated regarding the speed of service and the quality of the Welsh Royal.

I took my partner to this restaurant to share a pleasant evening, and we certainly did! We had a very friendly and funny waiter, my meat was cooked perfectly, and the value for money was excellent. I highly recommend it. A big thank you to Ludwig who took care of us all evening! 🫶🏻

The food was very average, the service barely friendly, and the waitress was already filthy long before she started her shift—no smile or kindness whatsoever. The atmosphere was one of old people who came to stuff themselves for next to nothing. The aperitifs were watered down with ice.
