Excessive price for a cappuccino and a diabolo, almost €10. I think it's outrageous; if we'd known, we would have gone next door, it was much cheaper.

Lunch on the terrace and no complaints about the price: The food was excellent 👌 and therefore great value for money. See you soon.

The food was excellent and varied, and the service was very good as well, but despite the blazing sun that day, they refused to open the parasols without explanation. So we had lunch surrounded by customers mopping their shoulders and wearing towels over their heads for protection. Personally, I skipped dessert and coffee. A real shame.

We ate well, the staff were friendly and competent, the daily menu was good and reasonably priced, and there was a wide selection on the menu.

We went for dinner two nights in a row while passing through Rouen: everything was perfect, the staff were friendly, the food excellent, and the prices very reasonable. Even the side salad was delicious, which is very rare. We highly recommend it.

The staff were amazing, attentive and friendly. If you want cider buy the bottle otherwise it comes in a wine glass, no good for a Yorkshire lass.

An excellent experience at Brasserie Paul, a Rouen institution since 1898. The place is incredibly charming and steeped in history, and the traditional French and regional cuisine is truly superb. The service is also impeccable: friendly, attentive, and very welcoming. In addition, two things we loved: they have vegetarian options and are dog-friendly, which is much appreciated. An authentic place with history, great food, and a very pleasant atmosphere. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The classic Croque Monsieur, perfect, very good, with salad. Salami with Camembert, slices of duck breast, very good. Excellent beer. I highly recommend it.

Le French Burger

06/10/2026: Excellent value for money! Super fast service! The waiter and cook were incredibly friendly! Thank you Rachid and Ibrahim!
03/10/2026: It had been years since I'd been there, and I was curious to rediscover the quality of this establishment, and it still does! Fast service, smiling staff, and good value for money (a kebab for €8 with a drink, quite rare these days).

La Cantine

03/08/2026: A great canteen at a really affordable price. Good quality and quantity.
20/04/2026: We had an extraordinary time with a team who managed to bring heart and meaning to a situation that could have turned out better despite their efforts. Salia family and Mustafa are exceptionally generous and wonderfully kind. More than just a cooking class, it was a magnificent experience. The tasting was incredibly delicious and excellent! Thank you to this exceptional team, and we recommend La Cantine 2000%!
