A good restaurant with reasonable prices. The menu is quite varied, and the ingredients are high quality; the dishes we tried were good. The service is particularly quick, and the servers are very responsive. This might seem a bit fast if you like to take your time, but it's a real advantage if you're on your lunch break or don't have much time. The staff is pleasant, and the service is excellent. A decent place that I recommend, especially for a quick and efficient lunch.

For a decidedly touristy place, the menu is quite original and the food is good. The location is beautiful, right next to the cathedral (but not directly opposite, so if you're thinking of dining while watching the light show in the evening, it's probably not the case).

Very touristy. The terrace is very popular in summer – booked! The dining room is not air-conditioned. The Spring Arts Salad was a pleasant surprise. The service was friendly despite the busy pace.

A wonderful discovery: Brasserie Paul in Rouen. Ideally located in the heart of the city, it offers a pleasant setting and an authentic atmosphere. The service is very professional yet warm, with particularly friendly and attentive staff. I enjoyed an excellent calf's head with gribiche sauce, perfectly prepared—a true brasserie classic. To finish, the delicate apple tart with a scoop of vanilla ice cream was simply delicious. An address I wholeheartedly recommend.

20/04/2026: We had an extraordinary time with a team who managed to bring heart and meaning to a situation that could have turned out better despite their efforts. Salia family and Mustafa are exceptionally generous and wonderfully kind. More than just a cooking class, it was a magnificent experience. The tasting was incredibly delicious and excellent! Thank you to this exceptional team, and we recommend La Cantine 2000%!
