Dish of the day: scallops on lentils. Perfect nut cooking. But no fancy for the lentils, cooked in water. A simple dessert: a scoop of ice cream on a crepe, chocolate coulis, whipped cream. As a starter, three slices of foie gras, or crumbs of foie gras in a terrine with a large layer of fat. It's expensive for very average quality. The recommended white wine was not good, acidic.

Une vieille maison rouennaise qui traverse les décennies et ne change pas trop, pour le plus grand bonheur de ses clients. Ici, le personnel, quoiqu'accueillant et chaleureux, ne fait pas dans la relation copain copain avec les clients, et c'est très bien comme ça. Le rapport qualité prix est bon et la carte des vins mérite que l'on s'y attardé.
