We had lunch here with my husband and two children during a visit to Metz. We received a very warm welcome and the waiters were friendly. The menu was varied, and all the products were sourced from local producers. The ribeye steak was the best I've had in a long time in a restaurant—perfectly cooked. The revisited steak tartare was delicious, and the burgers were generous. The desserts are a real highlight, with many homemade options! The tarte Tatin was delicious, and the little pistachio and raspberry financiers were equally delightful. We highly recommend it!

We highly recommend it: excellent service, excellent staff, and, of course, the food was delicious. The dishes arrive quickly, and it's only 5 minutes from the museum. Thank you again, and we will gladly return.

Extraordinary andouilette from Metz butcher Éric Humbert. Also, tallow-browned fries of very high quality. And a lovely tian. (Salads look good, as do the desserts.) Skip coffee, but their beer and wine selections are carefully chosen. Not in the tourist center, but convenient to the main station and the centre Pompidou.

This small, family-run brasserie is excellent. The prices are reasonable, and the owner and his wife are incredibly welcoming. Fresh, local produce is guaranteed.

20/01/2026: The wood-fired pizzas are good and generously topped, with that characteristic flavor. The service is pleasant. A little anecdote: the delivery driver came back from his delivery, washed his hands, and then helped the pizza maker. I always get takeout. It's possible to eat in, but that part is less inviting.
