A superb setting, very pleasant and competent waitresses, and a flawless meal. I'll definitely be back.

We've been going to this restaurant since it opened. It was perfect for the first few years. Tonight, my husband and I went there. The bartender brought us our aperitifs: a Napoleon for me and a Bon Secours beer for my husband. He arrived with the glasses, and the beer spilled on the floor, splashing my handbag. He didn't apologize, just said, "It's fine, nothing's wrong." Then there was the very limited menu: one page for starters and main courses, one page for desserts, mainly ice cream with a €2 supplement. The waitress, a tall, dark brown-haired woman, took a chair to sit down while we made our dessert choices, and was exasperated by my husband's questions about his ice cream selection. And to top it all off, the waiter who served us the beer and brought us the bill didn't say a thank you, didn't say goodbye, and turned his back on us after taking a €101 credit card payment. Just a small voice in the restaurant greeted us. The welcome was terrible; with behavior like that, I don't give this restaurant, which used to have a good reputation, much longer a chance of survival.

Fantastic! A wonderful experience. Pleasant place, tastefully decorated. Friendly and helpful staff. The same goes for the food; we thoroughly enjoyed it. The chef immediately adapted to my wife's vegetarian needs. Very generous portions. Highly recommended.

We came as a family on June 7th, having made a reservation at noon. Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised by the decor and received a warm welcome; so far, so good. We ordered drinks, then the waitress arrived and said we also needed to order food because they were out of menus. We placed our order and the drinks arrived... The first hiccup began: duplicate drinks, forgotten items, an excuse about a computer problem—well, we'll let that sink in... We calmly took our drinks, finished, and then it was already 1:30 PM... We'd been there since noon... we saw tables that had arrived long after we'd been served... That's when we sensed the second problem... We called out to the waitress who kept walking past us without ever coming back, and she told us she'd put our food on hold. We'd already been there for almost an hour and forty minutes... To apologize, she offered us glasses of champagne, but we wanted to eat... It was only because there were 11 of us; if it had been up to me, I wouldn't have stayed. At 2 PM, the food arrived, and what a disappointment! My dish was a beef tartare that didn't really taste of Worcestershire sauce, no capers... I asked for a The béarnaise sauce, instead of being served separately, was mixed into the tartare... my partner asked for my sauce, but it never arrived. We moved on to desserts, and then... Third blunder: desserts without spoons, we had to ask for them... At the next table, a couple who arrived while we were having drinks still hadn't received their main course, and it was 3 pm... the man also had to ask... the waitress even offered them a free drink... It seems like this is a regular occurrence... First and last time we'll be here!

Reservation at 12 pm for a table of 11 people. We received a very warm welcome. A waitress came to take our aperitif order; so far, so good. First problem: the waiter arrived with the drinks, but there were two errors in our order. We took our order for the meal, and the waitress told us we would be served in 15 minutes. Then, many people arrived, received their drinks and meals before us; we had already been there for an hour and a half. We had to complain. Second problem: the waitress told us she had put our dishes on hold. A gesture of goodwill was made: champagne and soft drinks were offered for the inconvenience. Our dishes finally arrived. Third problem: my dish arrived barely lukewarm, and the vegetables were undercooked (I don't like crunchy vegetables), but this was too much. The other diners' dishes were fine, except for one person who didn't receive their béarnaise sauce for their steak tartare. We weren't the only ones who had to wait for a couple. They weren't happy because the wait for their food was too long. First time for us, but last. The staff seem overwhelmed as soon as there are any customers.
