Brasserie SeaSens sur Cannes

We stayed with my partner in the hotel so we naturally ate in the evening at the restaurant located on the top floor of the hotel. When we arrived at the restaurant, an immediate welcome was given to us, smiling, welcoming, pleasant which put us in a good mood. The service was exceptional from start to finish, always with a smile, cheerfulness and professionalism. The setting is pleasant, a view which is pretty when we come out of the terrace but visible to me when we are inside but that is not disturbing. On a culinary level, it is the continuity of what we experienced throughout our stay (services, staff, setting, etc.), Exceptional in one word. Every bite was an explosion of flavor. My wife and I had a great time. We will come back....

We took advantage of the Sunday lunch brunch at the Roof and had a great time with the family. Thank you to the entire Max team, a pleasure to have professionals happy to serve us and take care of us. The brunch is of very good quality as is the price. See you soon

We spent ten days at the Five Seas Hotel in Cannes in February. This was our first visit and will not be our last. The hotel is smashing, elegant, modern, immaculate. The Roof Terrace, Bar and restaurant are exceptional. Not only is everything beautifully appointed, but the caliber of staff is unmatched. They're all friendly, warm, and exceedingly professional. We tip our hats to all with a special shout out to Kesse, Louise, Cedric, Mich Mich and Gabel. They served us with genuine care, served wonderful drinks, a divine breakfast and dinners were world class cuisine. Thank you very much for such a fantastic time! A bientôt!

Incredible brunch! With unprecedented service. The servers are very intentional and share with us the pleasures of doing their job. Congratulations to them ! This is unheard of even though we are used to eating in restaurants and having this type of brunch. The food was excellent too! Thanks to the team
