Mixed experience, we went there on Sunday lunchtime for brunch. The dishes are as expected, American dinner type, simple and good. On the other hand, the sweet plates on the brunch menu seem quite small to me; calling a “Banana French toast” a brioche with a piece of banana seems a bit daring to me. Seeing the real Banana bread off the brunch menu, it has nothing to do with it. The waiters are very nice, but after a good half hour queue at the entrance, we were seated on a tiny table in the middle of the entrance corridor, and we had to move around to let people into the rooms. benches of real tables... Good value for money despite this!

I've been coming to BIA for a long time and the brunch was recognized for its excellent value for money and especially the quantity! Prices have continued to increase and portions have been reduced, this can be seen in particular in the size of the pancakes and the toasts on the menu are on demand. In short, it was great before but I don't think I'll go back.

If you are in need of your American diner food while in Paris this is the place to go. Wide range of traditional diner favourites with welcome vegetarian options for many dishes. Service is decent and fast. Try it out if you can.

I can be picky about American pancakes and I LOVED the pancakes here, they were fluffy and flavourful. My boyfriend really enjoyed his grilled cheese and we both left happy and full. The photos don't lie, the space really does have a fun retro American vibe. It feels fun without being tacky. Gotta comment on the service too, our server was lovely! Super friendly and efficient, even fetching us a refill of water without us even asking. I really wish this place was local to me rather than somewhere I ate on holiday, because then I would be in all the time!

26/01/2025: OK dinner, the burgers are not bad, the milkshakes too. Small mistake on one of the two milkshakes but we were allowed a little gesture after asking for it.
24/01/2025: A little disappointed by this first visit: a friendly but not very competent waiter, we asked for the cocktail menu but there were only mojitos (why, we'll never know). Mojito then. Totally tasteless, without cane sugar, 2 mint leaves floating in a glass of barely sparkling water and half a centiliter of white rum, €7.95. The Burger was very good, the (homemade) fries were also very good. The time for dessert arrives and there, a milkshake with micro-crumbs of Oreo drowned in a puddle of vanilla ice cream, a little whipped cream and a poor candied cherry (no decoration, no coulis), the pancake was good, and finally, we are rushed to pay and leave, at 9:15 p.m. In short, maybe try again but not right away.

14/12/2024: We had the most wonderful stay here! The hotel is absolutely gorgeous, and the staff are so friendly and helpful they made us feel so welcome straight away. My boyfriend proposed while we were here and they helped him organise flowers and champagne for our room and even gave us an upgrade on our room to celebrate which was so kind and made the whole experience extra special!! I can’t wait to return, I absolutely loved it.
06/12/2024: Stayed here in the fall for my first trip to Paris, solo female traveler with limited French. Can't wait to come back! The location is central for walking to several parts of the city and while on a busy street, so tucked away and cozy. The rooms had every detail and felt so oppulent. The staff was all friendly and helpful. Staying here really helped my time in Paris feel special.
