15/06/2026: While in Paris, I discovered Inagiku at a crossroads in the 5th arrondissement. It was a wonderful find—very good, very tender. And watching the little vegetables dance on the griddle in front of us...pure bliss. Thank you.

11/06/2026: Savannah Café is a neighborhood institution, where the signs are constantly changing. The decor is warm and inviting, and Richard is a jazz music fan. The atmosphere is relaxed. The dishes are Mediterranean with a Lebanese influence, resulting in a very flavorful experience. Everything is homemade. Just steps from the Panthéon and the Mouffetard district, it's a favorite spot of mine!

08/06/2026: A wonderful time at this small neighborhood restaurant with its warm and authentic decor. The jazzy atmosphere was delightful, and the Lebanese/Mediterranean cuisine was delicious. Plenty of vegetarian options, fantastic! We'll definitely be back. Reasonable prices for Paris.

29/04/2026: We dined at this restaurant and the experience was very mixed, mainly due to the manager's attitude. We arrived 10 minutes late without having notified them, which was indeed our fault. However, the manager repeatedly told us that he had tried to call us and that he had "blacklisted" us. This message was repeated three times, which quickly created a bad atmosphere upon our arrival. During the meal, someone at our table mentioned that they didn't like cilantro and wanted it removed from their dish. The manager replied that "you couldn't taste it in the beans" and that they should try it as is. Ultimately, the cilantro flavor was very strong. When they pointed this out, he simply replied that others could eat the beans, without offering any alternative or replacement. Finally, when it came time for dessert, we asked for the dessert included in the set menu, as we had chosen the corresponding option. The manager told us he hadn't understood that we wanted the menu, before adding, "You're not exactly rolling in dough." It's a shame, because the meal itself was decent, but the lack of consideration and some inappropriate remarks clearly spoiled the experience.

26/06/2026: A fantastic find on Rue du Cardinal Lemoine. We had a wonderful time and the pizza was simply delicious. It was cooked to perfection, with melted cheese and plenty of olives on every slice. We enjoyed it from start to finish. A place to remember for those who appreciate a friendly atmosphere.

03/07/2026: Our final night in Paris was at Alliance on June 26th. The entire dinner service was BEYOND(thank you Shawn Joyeux for helping when I did not have the words). The service started with Chef Omiya graciously taking a picture with my wife and I. Wine pairings were on point and accompanied each course perfectly. The gnocchi/caviar and pigeon were highlights. The food, preparation, service and personality worked so well together. The night ended with a personal touch from Chef Omiya and Shawn Joyeux meeting us outside so we could give our appreciation. Every bite, taste, experience and interaction made us feel as if we were the most important people in the room. Merci Beaucoup to the entire Alliance team!
