14/02/2026: This place is a gem. I've literally dreamt about the food (the curries aren't exactly 'indian', but sooo good... Also the eggplant, from no-fan-of-eggplant. And never tasted a better kefta. Or lemon-garlic chicken) The owner Richard is exceptionally welcoming, any friend visiting Paris I take or send here because they'll never feel more at home. Great ambiance, great music... (he's also a culture trove, so if you're a music buff, or literature or history or travel or pretty much anything, chances are on your side for an interesting conversation ;)) A unique place, but gets everything universally right-- deserves double stars, really

13/02/2026: You feel incredibly welcome, the atmosphere is very cozy, and the decor is breathtaking. However, the food was disappointing. The bread was tough and stale, the meatballs had been dead for a few days and completely dried out, but thankfully the Parmesan salad was absolutely delicious. I would recommend this establishment to everyone for its atmosphere and welcome, but temper your expectations regarding the food.

14/02/2026: Always a wonderful experience. A beautiful culinary show in a refined atmosphere. It's delicious. Don't miss the pan-smoked foie gras under a cloche for the finishing touch. It's exquisite.

05/12/2025: One of the greatest meals I had in Paris, not just for the incredibly delicious food, but for the service and atmosphere created by the chef and staff in the restaurant. Altogether it was a night to remember forever. Merci!!!

26/01/2026: Just visited this restaurant as I was walking by trying to find a place to eat! (I’ve walked past a few times and I’ve eyed it each time) Felt like such a homely welcoming environment- the lady and gentleman working were extremely lovely and accommodating to my dietary requirements and substituted chicken into my Bolognese, overall they were the highlight of my visit and I will 100% be back 🫶🏼 the food was also wonderful which was just the cherry on top!!! Definitely recommend anyone visiting the 5th to come check them out!

08/01/2026: Delicious food! Friendly staff! Cozy atmosphere! Cakes and snacks are freshly prepared every day. Once it's gone, it's gone, which is a good sign! The cakes were absolutely delicious!

18/01/2026: Everything was absolutely perfect! The setting was lovely and beautifully decorated, the service was friendly and efficient, and above all, the food was delicious (you can tell it's homemade with good ingredients) and plentiful! The price is very reasonable (€65 for a pitcher of cider, two main courses, and two desserts). The desserts might be a little pricey (€10 for three scoops of ice cream, €9.50 for an Irish coffee), but that doesn't detract from the overall bill because everything was truly excellent! We'll definitely be back!

03/02/2026: This was my first time trying Syrian cuisine, and the impressions were more than positive. The food is very tasty, and for Paris prices, the restaurant is very affordable with generous portions. The atmosphere is very pleasant, and the staff are attentive and kind. We even received a complimentary rose tea at the end of the dinner, which was delicious. I would definitely visit the restaurant again and recommend it.
