Everything is very good. I've been a customer for years and have never been disappointed.
For those who aren't satisfied, cook for yourself or try Leclerc or Carrefour (frozen food section).

As a loyal customer, I was a little disappointed during the holiday season. I ordered a pâté en croûte with foie gras in the middle, which had absolutely no flavor. Unfortunately, I was given the end piece, so the foie gras wasn't pink anymore. I also ordered a meat pie, which I suspect wasn't fresh. I'm disappointed; I didn't enjoy it at all. Too much quantity, not enough quality. It's nothing like what I've come to expect. What a shame.

I have no complaints about the service provided and the always very friendly and pleasant welcome. I received my Christmas Eve order with flawless organization. However, it is very unpleasant to experience aggression from older customers who are not from Calvados and who look down on the locals. Deauville is a town in Calvados, and everyone should be respected, whether they are here or elsewhere, it doesn't matter.

I placed my order for December 24th and 25th, 2024, choosing from the available menus. I followed the instructions for reheating the hot dishes and served them individually. Everything was perfect and delicious, and the price was reasonable considering the quality of the ingredients and the presentation. I will definitely be ordering again this year for the holidays.

Very good quality products and choices - however, there is one downside that tarnishes this idyllic picture: having bought a quiche at 7:24 p.m., we were refused permission to heat it for 30 seconds in the microwave for immediate consumption to take away, on the pretext that after 7:00 p.m., they no longer heat anything. We could not imagine that these famous 30 S would change the face of the world in their operation and/or their customer service -

Very good caterer and excellent service, except for the lady at the cash register on the phone who doesn't bother to look up or say hello or goodbye and puts the credit card machine in front of you to cash in while continuing her conversation. That's what you call being rude to your customers. Sunday 12/10 at 12:30 p.m.
